Guide to ancient apparation


Intro(stats n stuff)

Defeated in a battle long forgotten, this once great mage was banished to a tomb of ice for all eternity. For countless ages he lay in unbearable anguish until he was discovered by minions of the Lich King. In a vain attempt to gain favor with this ancient soul for his own purposes, the Lich King released him. But this soul no longer knew gratitude, it no longer knew friend from foe, it knew only pain. With it's bodylong since decayed, the soul took up the only form it knew. Consumed with hatred, even a touch from this monstrosity causes agony. Able to conjure devastating ice storms with a mere thought and hurl soul-shattering bolts of frost seemingly impossible distances, this creature punishes all who dare to stand their ground against it.

The Apparition curses his foes with The Frozen Mark which will freeze enemies to the ground. Unless target enemy moves at least 740 away from the mark within 4 seconds he is frozen still.

Gathers ancient frost energy into one area to create a small, immobile ice vortex at a location. Whenever enemies are near it, their movement speed and magical resistance are reduced.

this skill has a pretty far casting range so u can use it to check out areas in front of you(like a ward) to see whether there are enemies there



Releases a gust of cold wind at a target area, enchanting allied heroes with bonus magical damage on their attacks. Lasts for a limited number of attacks up to a maximum of 40 seconds. While the enchanted heroes have this chilling touch, their attack speed is reduced by 15%.

Ancient Apparition projects his presence out to make way for a powerful ripple of hailstone and dark magic. Once cast, it can release the spell to strike targets within 200 area of where his presence was upon release. It will deal damage to enemy units and apply a frostbite curse on them for 7 seconds where their health regeneration will be frozen and will shatter if they fall close enough to death. This spell has global range depending on how long you wait for the projections to move. Frostbitten units will take minor damage over time.

if you know how to use this skill,nobody escapes you....it can also be used to counter push if nobody on your team has a boots of travel or is willing to go back

Game play 

Skill Combos


before you get your hex,you just use your coldfeet and then you do ice vortex so that he is slowed and less likely to escape and inturn get frozen.After you get your hex,you coldfeet,and hex,and whack him with everything you got,if your playing as a babysitter,this would mean your team mates pound the heck out of the guy.if your playing as a ganker .this would mean you open your manta style,necrominicon.either way,give him hell.

PS: in team battles,you should do this combo on their carry hero or their main dissabler if their carry can be handled without too much trouble.

Escaping tricks


if someone you know you can't kill is chasing you and he/she moves faster then you do,this would mean death for most people,but for AA,there's a solution. solution no.1:you cold feet the guy and then fight him,because when you fight the guy,he won't move,meaning he will get frozen before you die.then you run.
solution no.2:the same as solution no.1 except that if you have a TP,use it instead of running.

Early Game

Early game you can control your lane by spamming Cold Feet on the weakest enemy in your lane. This will cause the hero damage no matter what and force them to run or take more damage while you attack them after they’ve frozen. Either way it makes it difficult for them to stay near the creeps and get last hits. Later on you can combo this with Ice Vortex, which will make it very hard for them to escape the freeze at all, and amplify the magic damage over time being done by Cold Feet. If you aren’t getting kills this way by level 4-5, then you definitely should produce some at Level 6 with your ultimate.

Mid game

if you have hex by now,what you do is:you cold feet him then you hex him,then everyone smacks his ass,by the time the hex is over,he will be frozen by coldfeet,resulting in a 6.5 second disable

Late game

you aren't as strong as early or mid game now... Team battles are pretty simple. Just try to land Ice Vortex and Ice Blast on as many enemy heroes as you can. Use Cold Feet on the most important hero the other team has and spam Chilling Touch on your team whenever it’s up.

If you haven’t farmed a Guinsoo yet get one asap and use it to contribute a little more disable to team battles. Your lane control and ganking earlier has set up the carries on your team for a strong game, and your AOE damage and disables will set up battles for them to win.

Enemies

everyone is dangerous if you are under-farmed...but with your hex,you got a 7 second disable,so your reasonably safe most of the time...but there is 1 i would like you to becareful of.



his dak pact will damage you(and it hurts!)and cancel your coldfeet.and if he ons his ulti you can't do anything.

Solution:

you cold feet him from a far so that your hero has to walk towards him and then cast coldfeet.as Kaldr is walking towards murloc,you press on the hex so that the targeting thingy appears,then the second he casts coldfeet,you click on murloc,activating the hex,so he has no time to cast dark pact.

Allies



with his ulti,nobody will move,then they'll get frozen,then they die.



while they are being hex-ed and coldfeet-ed,jakiro's ulti will burn them crisp



they're disabled for 7 seconds,all you need is troll to stroll in and kill the guy



same as troll



he's disabled for 7 seconds,even longer if TC uses his stun,then there's his ulti that will hit for sure as the guy can't move



same as TC



think about it,the guy's disabled for 7 seconds in the smoke,he's pretty doomed



Damn~snake,2 hexes,1 grab,1 coldfeet,recovery time:there isn't 1,this guys is dead.
